ZEN NIGHTS VENDOR APPLICATION
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION. Pertains to both Zen Nights Vegan Block Party and V Street Disco.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Zen Nights Inc. events. Our events are 100% VEGAN and plant based which showcase cruelty-free product and food vendors. We host events in Arizona, California and Nevada.
Zen Nights Vegan Block Party takes place at the intersection of Main Street and MacDonald in downtown Mesa, AZ.
This event averages 500 to approximately 3000 attendees.
Each vendor space is 10 x 10. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own electricity (ie generator or power source) if necessary or battery operated LED lighting. All non-profit vendor spaces are $50 per event. All retail product vendors and prepackaged food vendor spaces are $70 per month. Food truck/tent vendor fee is $200 per month. Food vendors may sell drinks but NOT bottled water. Zen Nights Inc is the ONLY vendor that will be selling water as part of our fundraising efforts.
Vendor load-in/set up begins at 4:00pm. Vendors are allowed to drive in from the South end of MacDonald, to UNLOAD your belongings and immediately move your vehicle to park BEFORE beginning set up. No vehicles will be allowed on MacDonald after 5:30pm NO EXCEPTIONS. All vendors MUST BE set up by 5:45pm. All vendors are to be fully set up and ready to sell at 6pm. If not fully set up by 6pm a $25 late fee will be imposed and must be paid immediately. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5:30 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Breakdown begins at 10pm, not earlier. No vehicles will be allowed on MacDonald before 10pm and until deemed safe by event organizer.

V-Street Disco takes place on 2nd St between Portland St and Moreland St in Downtown Phoenix in partnership with Roosevelt Row’s CDC First Friday. This event averages approximately 15,000 attendees on a monthly basis.
Each vendor space is 10 x 10. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own electricity (i.e. generator or power source) if necessary or battery operated LED lighting. All non-profit vendor spaces are $50 per event. All retail product vendors and prepackaged food vendor spaces are $70 per month. Food truck/tent vendor fee is $200 per month. Food vendors may sell drinks but NOT bottled water. Zen Nights Inc is the ONLY vendor that will be selling bottled water.
Vendor load-in/set up begins at 4:00pm. Vendors will ONLY be allowed to enter 2nd St going Northbound at Portland St to UNLOAD and immediately move vehicle BEFORE beginning set up. There is ample parking along both Moreland St and Portland St. No vehicles will be allowed on 2nd St after 5:30pm NO EXCEPTIONS. All vendors MUST BE set up by 5:45pm. Breakdown begins at 11pm. No vehicles will be allowed on 2nd St before 11pm and until deemed safe by event organizer.
In keeping with Zen Nights Inc principles, ALL items displayed, advertised, sold or sampled during this event MAY NOT contain ANY animal products or byproducts. This includes but is not limited to: meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, gelatin, leather, suede, wool, silk or any other animal based additives.
