ZEN NIGHTS VENDOR APPLICATION
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION for Zen Nights Block Party
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for Zen Nights Inc. events. Our events are 100% plant-based products and food vendors. We host events in Arizona, California, and Nevada.
Zen Nights Block Party takes place in Downtown Mesa, located at 1 North Macdonald, Mesa, AZ.
Our events average 500 to approximately 3000 attendees.
Each vendor space is 10 x 10. Each vendor is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, extension cords, and lighting (LED lighting is preferred).
VENDOR FEES: Non-profit vendor spaces are $50 per event
Retail product vendors and prepackaged food vendor spaces are $75 per event
Hot food/unpackaged on site $125 per 10x10 space per event
Food truck vendor fee is $175 per event.
Payment invoices will be emailed to you.

VENDOR APPLICATION PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Food vendors may sell drinks but NOT bottled water. Zen Nights Inc is the ONLY vendor that will be selling water as part of our fundraising efforts.
​Vendor Load-In Time: 3:30 pm-5:30 pm

Vendors must unload belongings and immediately move vehicle to the designated parking prior to beginning setup.
All vendors MUST BE set up by 5:45 pm. All vendors are to be fully set up and ready to sell by 6 pm.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SET UP IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5:30 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Breakdown begins at 10 pm, not earlier. No vehicles will be allowed on premises before 10:15 pm or until deemed safe by event organizer.
